Subject: FW: EXTRAORDINARY COUNCIL MEETING AUG 2012
Dear Mr Heard
I refer to your email sent to Sara Utting regarding the extraordinary
meeting of the Council scheduled for August.
I confirm that it is proposed to hold an extraordinary
meeting of the Council on Thursday 2 August 2012 at Broadland District Council
Offices at 7.00pm. The matter to be discussed is the outcome of the
sustainability appraisal work on the JCS and to agree the next stages and to
consider the potential submission of the CIL charging structure and associated
documents.
An agenda for the meeting will be available in due course.
I have booked my speaking slot. What shall I say? Let me know.

Well, i have also booked a speaking slot at this meeting with regards to the Community Infrastructure Levy which Broadland Conservatives will once again 'whip' through without regards to local views or consultation.
ReplyDeleteFYI, this allows them to use monies from developements ( including that new garage you were planning to build) to be used for ANY road and developements they see fit ( rather than the old very suitable section 106 levy which meant that these monies were definately used for the 'local' infrastructure that they were collected from)....shame on them once again...if, like me., you wish to see honesty and 'fair play' in our councils....please don't vote Conservative R.S.Lindsay,non-political, Rackheath resident.
I am sure you will think of something Stephen
