Whoever has made the recent decision to route all callers to the GNDP to an answerphone? Apparently they are all too busy dealing with the Joint Core Strategy Examination in Public business and are therefore unable to take calls.
Remember, this is the same organisation which decided to exclude the public from their meetings.
All in all they seem to conduct themselves in an incredibly unprofessional and undemocratic manner and it will be interesting to see what changes (if anything) once they have had a chance to digest the Localism Bill. From their actions to date one might presume that they will in fact interpret it as meaning they have even more power. Heaven forbid.
