The rear access to the now withdrawn building consent for the exception site on Norwich Road was also to provide access to allotments.
The Eco houses on Green Lane West in Rackheath are being built where.... you guessed it on the site of the old allotments. Parish land or not?
It has been used by the District Council for the new eco development but did they have any legal right to it in the first place. Some parishioners seem to think not.
We know there is a history of poor sewerage in this area and that it feeds into the STW just west of Wroxham Road draining into Dobbs Beck. The EA know it is a problem, it seems to be the legacy of the US Base and though more and more dwellings are being served, it is clearly inadequate.
