Just where is the work?

The latest information shows that there has been an increase in migrants to Norfolk.  This seems to justify the need for additional housing.  However this increase has happened in West Norfolk, North Norfolk and the Fenlands.  Why then is their a need for house in the North East of Norwich?  The houses need to be built in these areas and not on top of the Broads.

Coupled with the offshore wind turbine development opportunities in the East of England and projected growth at Hethel, the argument for growth for Norwich into farmland to the North East doesn't stand close scrutiny.

  1. The NE TRiangle is not about JOB Creation but about Developers profits. If it was about jobs it would be built in the SW of Norwich which has the infrastructure and jobs potential.
