Broadland District Council have maintained that the Norfolk Hub idea was dead but the following email from the developer would suggest very much the opposite!

The Norfolk Hub is still a possibility but the timescale for commencement is not yet known.
The next stage in the development of the project is the commissioning and completion of an Outline Feasibility Study which we are currently discussing the funding of.
This study will help to narrow the various options for the project with regard to the site location and the size and content of the development.
